ISS maintains a broad array of hardware items, so that our clients suffer as little down time as possible.  When items need to be ordered, most are received within 1 to 2 business days. With an analysis of client needs, new systems are built with appropriate specifications, with no "one system fits all" philosophy. Systems are normally available within 1 to 5 business days and have a minimum 1 year Ltd Mfg's Hardware Warranty, with some componants having a 3-year warranty.  Through the years we have found that our clients rely on us for a majority of their hardware and software needs; however, we pride ourselves on working with whatever equipment best serve our clients.

ISS, when appropriate, has developed custom Microsoft Access database applications, with client specific forms, tables, queries and reports to serve as the foundation for day to day business operations.  With many high quality specialized software packages available,  programming needs are not as important as they once were, but understanding software features and working through changes, upgrades, or problems with software techs is a service we are happy to provide.

ISS offers cost beneficial software (i.e. OfficeSuites, Full Version Operating Systems for both desktops and servers (Windows and Linux), Anti-Virus software, etc.).  When not the best source for a product, we will suggest alternatives.
