ISS maintains a broad array of hardware items, so that our clients suffer as little down time as possible. When items need to be ordered, most are received within 1 to 2 business days. New systems are built to fit specific client needs, with no "one system fits all" philosophy. Systems are normally available within 1 to 5 business days and have a 1 year Ltd Mfg's Hardware Warranty, with some components having a 3-year warranty.
ISS offers cost beneficial software (i.e. Office Suites,Full Version Operating Systems for both desktops and servers (Windows and Linux), Anti-Virus software, etc.). When not the best source of a product, we will suggest alternatives.
ISS provides excellent on-site training for the novice and the proficient! People learn best by doing and by using their own equipment.Training can range from how to turn the computer on, to how to use the internet, to learning Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, etc.
